उवाच सुखमासीनान् भगवान् धर्मगुप्तनु: । सदसस्तस्य महतो यतवाचोऽनुश‍ृण्वत: ॥ ८ ॥

Transliteration

uvāca sukham āsīnān bhagavān dharma-gup-tanuḥ sadasas tasya mahato yata-vāco ’nuśṛṇvataḥ

Translation

మునులు సుఖముగా ఆసీనులైన తరువాత, ధర్మరక్షక దివ్యదేహుడైన భగవాన్ శ్రీకృష్ణుడు ఆ మహాసభ మధ్యలో వారిని ఉద్దేశించి పలికెను; అందరూ మౌనముగా ఏకాగ్రతతో వినిరి.
