FAQs

This verse teaches that by fully absorbing the mind in Krishna and remembering Him continually, one quickly attains Him—showing smaraṇa-bhakti as a direct means to divine realization.

In the context of separation (viraha) after Krishna left Vraja, He consoled and instructed the gopis that unwavering remembrance and exclusive absorption in Him is the sure path to reunion and ultimate attainment.

Reduce scattered distractions and build daily habits of remembrance—japa, kirtan, reading Bhagavatam, and offering one’s work to Krishna—so the mind repeatedly returns to Him throughout the day.
