FAQs

This verse portrays Kṛṣṇa shining among the gopīs like the moon among stars, with a radiant smile and jasmine-like teeth, emphasizing His divine charm in the rāsa setting.

Śukadeva Gosvāmī narrates to King Parīkṣit, describing how Kṛṣṇa appeared when the gopīs gathered around Him after being drawn by His flute and presence in the Vṛndāvana night.

It encourages focused devotion: keep Kṛṣṇa at the center—like the moon in the sky of one’s life—and let loving remembrance and service illuminate the heart.
