भविष्य-मन्वन्तराः (अष्टम-चतुर्दश) तथा कल्प-युग-व्यवस्था

नवमो दक्षसावर्णिर् मैत्रेय भविता मनुः

navamo dakṣasāvarṇir maitreya bhavitā manuḥ

ஓ மைத்ரேயா, ஒன்பதாம் மனு தக்ஷ-சாவர்ணி ஆவார்; விஷ்ணுவின் பரம சித்தத்தால் அவர் அந்த மன்வந்தரத்தின் அரசனாய் தர்ம ஒழுங்கைத் தாங்குவார்।
