अजेयो दैवतैः सर्वैः पुभिर्दैत्यैश्च पावक महाबलो वायुरिव कामरूपी कृतास्त्रवित्

Power without dhārmic restraint becomes a destabilizing force. Purāṇic ethics frequently show that boons granting near-invincibility create conditions for adharma to peak—so that divine governance (often via indirect means) can re-establish balance.
Vamśānucarita with Deva–Asura dynamics: the verse enumerates boon-derived capabilities that define a future antagonist’s profile, a common Purāṇic device preceding avatāra or divine countermeasures.
Agni (Pāvaka) signifies transformative energy; a boon mediated by ‘fire’ suggests the forging of an overpowering destiny. ‘Vāyuriva’ and ‘kāmarūpī’ symbolize ungraspable, pervasive power—precisely the kind that tests the cosmos and calls forth higher order.
