पञ्चाध्वव्यापिनं तस्मात्कलापञ्चकविग्रहम् । ईशानमुकुटं देवम्पुरुषाख्यम्पुरातनम्

ஆகையால் அவர் பஞ்சாத்வங்களில் பரவி நிற்கும் தேவன்; ஐந்து கலைகளால் ஆன உடலுருவன். ஈசான முக்குடம் சூடிய, ‘புருஷ’ எனப்படும் ஆதிப் பெருமான்.
