The Determination of Śiva as the Meaning of Praṇava
अस्विति ब्रूतेति च तान्प्रसाद्य द्विजपुंगवान् । विसृज्य स्वकरस्थोदं प्रणम्य भुवि दण्डवत्
asviti brūteti ca tānprasādya dvijapuṃgavān | visṛjya svakarasthodaṃ praṇamya bhuvi daṇḍavat
“அப்படியே ஆகட்டும்” என்று கூறி, அவன் அந்தச் சிறந்த பிராமணர்களை மகிழ்வித்தான். பின்னர் தன் கையில் இருந்த நீரை விட்டுவிட்டு, பூமியில் தண்டவத் பணிந்து விழுந்தான்.
