ஓ உஷஸ்! இன்று எங்களைப் பெரும் செல்வத்திற்காக எழுப்புவாயாக; நீ தெய்வீக ஒளியால் பிரகாசிப்பவள். முன்பும் எங்களை எழுப்பியதுபோல் இன்றும்—ஓ உண்மை-புகழுடையவளே, நன்கு பிறந்தவளே, இனிய மொழியுடையவளே, குதிரை வழங்குபவளே (ஆசி அருள்பவளே)—எங்களை விழிப்புறச் செய்.
