Portents Before the March to Laṅkā

निमित्तानिनिमित्ताज्ञोदृष्टवालक्ष्मणपूर्वजः ।सौमित्रिंसम्परिष्वज्यइदंवचनमब्रवीत् ।।6.23.1।।

nimittāni nimitta-jño dṛṣṭvā lakṣmaṇa-pūrvajaḥ |

saumitriṃ sampariṣvajya idaṃ vacanam abravīt ||

நிமித்தங்களை நோக்கி அறிந்த நிமித்தஞானியான இலக்குமணனின் அண்ணன் ஸ்ரீராமன், சௌமித்ரியை அணைத்து இவ்வசனங்களை உரைத்தான்.
