उत्पातदर्शनं खरसैन्यसमागमश्च
Omens of calamity and the approach of Khara’s army
यादृशा इह कूजन्ति पक्षिणः वनचारिणः।अग्रतो नो भयं प्राप्तं संशयो जीवितस्य च।।।।
yādṛśā iha kūjanti pakṣiṇaḥ vanacāriṇaḥ |
agratō no bhayaṃ prāptaṃ saṃśayo jīvitasya ca ||
இங்கு வனத்தில் உலவும் பறவைகள் இவ்வாறு அலறிக் கூவுவது, முன்னால் அபாயம் வருவதை எனக்குக் காட்டுகிறது; நம் உயிர்வாழ்வும் சந்தேகமாகியுள்ளது।
