शूर्पणखाया आगमनम्
Surpanakha Approaches Rama
तदाऽऽसीनस्य रामस्य कथासंसक्तचेतसः।तं देशं राक्षसी काचिदाजगाम यदृच्छया।।।।
tadā āsīnasya rāmasya kathāsaṃsaktacetasaḥ | taṃ deśaṃ rākṣasī kācid ājagāma yadṛcchayā ||
அப்போது உரையாடலில் மனம் ஈடுபட்டு அங்கே அமர்ந்திருந்த ராமனிடம், தற்செயலாக ஒரு ராக்ஷசி அந்த இடத்துக்கு வந்து சேர்ந்தாள்।
