Pūjādi-kathana — Gaṅgā Vratas, Tenfold Worship, Stotra, and Mokṣa on the Riverbank
विष्णुरुद्रांतरं यश्च गगागौर्यंतरं तथा । लक्ष्मीगौर्यतरं यश्च प्रब्रूते मूढधीस्तु सः ॥ ९३ ॥
viṣṇurudrāṃtaraṃ yaśca gagāgauryaṃtaraṃ tathā | lakṣmīgauryataraṃ yaśca prabrūte mūḍhadhīstu saḥ || 93 ||
விஷ்ணுவுக்கும் ருத்ரனுக்கும் வேறுபாடு உண்டு என்றும், கங்கைக்கும் கௌரிக்கும் வேறுபாடு உண்டு என்றும், மேலும் லக்ஷ்மியை கௌரியைவிட உயர்ந்தவள் என்று கூறுபவன்—மயக்கமுற்ற அறிவுடையவனே.
