Narada (as a devotional supplication within the Govinda-Dvadashi context)
Vrata: Govinda-Dvādaśī
Primary Rasa: karuna
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents Govinda-Dvādaśī as a purifying vrata and frames devotion as a direct means for the destruction of even “mahāpātaka” (grave sins), invoking Gaṅgā as the sacred purifier.
Bhakti appears as surrender and prayer: the devotee approaches Govinda (Vishnu) through Dvādaśī observance and asks for inner cleansing, emphasizing grace and sacred practice over mere self-effort.
Kalpa (ritual discipline) is implied through the vrata framework—observing Dvādaśī as a timed vow in the lunar calendar—rather than technical grammar or astrology.
