The Greatness of Kārtika
अयाचिते त्वनङ्काहं सहिरण्यं प्रदापयेत् । अमांसाशीभवेद्यस्त्तु गां प्रदद्यात्सदक्षिणाम् ॥ ६९ ॥
ayācite tvanaṅkāhaṃ sahiraṇyaṃ pradāpayet | amāṃsāśībhavedyasttu gāṃ pradadyātsadakṣiṇām || 69 ||
யாசிக்காமல் அளிக்கும் தானத்தில், குறியிடப்படாத பசுவை பொன்னுடன் சேர்த்து தானமாக அளிக்கச் செய்ய வேண்டும். மேலும், மாம்சத்தைத் தவிர்த்து உரிய தக்ஷிணையுடன் பசுதானம் செய்பவன் புண்ணியப் பங்காளி ஆவான்.
