स सायकमयैरजललै: सर्वतस्तान् महारथान् | प्राच्छादयदमेयात्मा नीहारेणेव पर्वतान्,परंतु असीम आत्मबलसे सम्पन्न कुन्तीपुत्रने सब ओर सायकोंका जाल-सा बिछाकर कुहरेसे ढके हुए पहाड़ोंकी तरह उन सब महारथियोंको आच्छादित कर दिया
sa sāyakamayair ajālaiḥ sarvatas tān mahārathān | prācchādayad ameyātmā nīhāreṇeva parvatān |
வைசம்பாயனன் கூறினான்—அளவிலா உள்ளாற்றல் கொண்ட குந்தீபுத்திரன் எல்லாத் திசைகளிலும் அம்புகளின் வலைப்பின்னலைப் பரப்பி, பனிமூட்டம் மலைகளை மூடுவது போல அந்த மகாரதர்களை முழுவதும் மூடினான்।
