Chapter 58: Arjuna’s Deployment of the Indra-Weapon
स रथेन चरन् पार्थ: प्रेक्षणीयो धनंजय: । युगपद् दिक्षु सर्वासु सर्वतो<स्त्राण्यदर्शयत्
sa rathena caran pārthaḥ prekṣaṇīyo dhanañjayaḥ | yugapad dikṣu sarvāsu sarvato 'strāṇy adarśayat |
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—ரதத்தில் சுழன்றாடிய பார்த்தன் தனஞ்சயன் அனைவரும் காணத் தகுந்தவனாகத் தோன்றினான். ஒரே கணத்தில் எல்லாத் திசைகளிலும் ஒருசேர ஆயுதப் பொழிவை வெளிப்படுத்தி, அம்புகளால் வானத்தைச் சுற்றிலும் மூடி அதை இருளில் மூழ்கியதுபோல் செய்தான். அந்தக் கலக்கத்தில் துரோணர் பனிமூட்டில் மறைந்ததுபோல் கண்ணுக்குப் புலப்படவில்லை.
