अजुन उवाच यत्रैषा काज्चनी वेदी ध्वजे यस्य प्रकाशते । उच्छिता प्रवरे दण्डे पताकाभिरलड्कृता । अत्र मां वह भद्ठ ते द्रोणानीकाय सारथे

Transliteration

arjuna uvāca | yatraiṣā kāñcanī vedī dhvaje yasya prakāśate | ucchritā pravare daṇḍe patākābhir alaṅkṛtā | atra māṃ vaha bhadra te droṇānīkāya sārathe ||

Translation

அர்ஜுனன் கூறினான்—“சாரதியே, உனக்கு நலம் உண்டாக. எந்தத் தேரின் கொடியில் உயர்ந்த தண்டின் உச்சியில் கொடிகளால் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்ட இந்த உயர்ந்த பொன்மய மேடை ஒளிர்கின்றதோ, அங்கே துரோணாசாரியரின் படைப்பிரிவு நிற்கிறது. என்னை அங்கே கொண்டு செல்.”
