Draupadī’s Lament and Indictment of Misfortune
यस्यां भीमस्तथा शेते मृगराज इव श्वसन् । वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--राजन्! ऐसा कहती हुई मनस्विनी द्रौपदीने उस भवनमें प्रवेश किया, जिसमें सिंहकी भाँति साँसें खींचते हुए भीमसेन सो रहे थे ।।
yasyāṃ bhīmas tathā śete mṛgarāja iva śvasan |
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—அரசே! உறுதியான மனத்தையுடைய த்ரௌபதி, சிங்கம்போல் கனத்த மூச்செடுத்து உறங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்த பீமசேனன் இருந்த அந்த இல்லத்திற்குள் நுழைந்தாள். அவளின் தெய்வீக அழகால் மகாத்மா பீமனின் அந்த அரச சமையலறை செழுமையும் ஒளியும் பெற்று பிரகாசித்தது; தூய புன்னகையுடைய பாஞ்சாலி சமையலறையை அடைந்து பீமசேனனின் அருகே சென்றாள்.
