तत् कर्म कृतवानद्य कथं निद्रां निषेवसे । वहाँ पहुँचते ही सैरन्ध्री बोली--आर्यपुत्र! मुझसे द्वेष रखनेवाले उस महापापी सेनापतिके
tat karma kṛtavān adya kathaṃ nidrāṃ niṣevase |
அங்கே சென்றவுடன் சைரந்த்ரி கூறினாள்—ஆர்யபுத்ரா! என்னை வெறுக்கும் அந்த மஹாபாபி சேனாபதி, என்னை அப்படிப் பழித்துத் தாழ்த்தியவன், இன்னும் உயிரோடு இருக்கிறான்; இன்று அந்தச் செயலைச் செய்தபின்பும் நீ எப்படித் தூக்கத்தில் ஆழ்கிறாய்?
