ततः स पुरुषव्यात्र: शार्ट्लशिथिलश्चरन् । प्रविवेश महारजं विराटम भिपूजयन्,तदनन्तर पुरुषसिंह भीमने सिंहके समान धीमी चालसे चलते हुए राजा विराटका मान रखनेके लिये उस विशाल रंगभूमिमें प्रवेश किया
tataḥ sa puruṣavyāghraḥ śāṭulaśithilaś caran praviveśa mahāraṅgaṃ virāṭam abhipūjayan
பின்னர் மனிதர்களில் புலியான பீமன், சிங்கத்தைப் போல் மெதுவாகவும் தளர்ந்த நடையுடனும் நடந்து, விராட அரசனின் மரியாதையை காக்கவும் அரசவையின் ஒழுங்கை நிலைநாட்டவும் அந்தப் பெரும் அரங்கில் நுழைந்தான்.
