अध्याय ९० — लोमशोपदेशः तथा तीर्थयात्रानिश्चयः

अग्नय: सहदेवेन सेविता यमुनामनु । ते तस्य कुरुशार्टूल सहस्रशतदक्षिणा:,कुरुश्रेष्ठ! सहदेवने यमुना-तटपर लाख स्वर्ण-मुद्राओंकी दक्षिणा देकर अग्निकी उपासना की थी-
agnayaḥ sahadevena sevitā yamunām anu | te tasya kuruśārṭūla sahasraśatadakṣiṇāḥ ||
குருகுலச் சிங்கமே! சகதேவன் யமுனைத் துறையில் அக்னிகளை வழிபட்டு, அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு இலட்சம் தக்ஷிணை அளித்தான்.
