Chapter 82
ततो गच्छेत राजेन्द्र संगमं लोकविश्रुतम्
tato gacchet rājendra saṅgamaṃ lokaviśrutam
அதன்பின், அரசர்களில் சிறந்தவனே! உலகெங்கும் புகழ்பெற்ற அந்த சங்கமத்திற்குச் செல்ல வேண்டும்.
घुलस्त्य उवाच
The verse commends moving toward a universally revered sacred confluence, reflecting the dharmic idea that certain places—especially river confluences—are ethically and spiritually elevating, supporting purification, vows, and right conduct.
The speaker gives directional counsel to a king, instructing him to go next to a famous saṅgama (river confluence), as part of a larger itinerary or guidance connected with sacred travel and revered sites.
