यथोपजोष॑ राजेन्द्र द्विजातिप्रवरस्यथ सा | प्रीतिमुत्पादयामास कन्यारत्नमनिन्दिता,राजेन्द्र! उस अनिन्द्य कन्यारत्न कुन्तीने उन श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्यणको उनकी रुचिके अनुसार सेवा करके अत्यन्त प्रसन्न कर लिया

Transliteration

yathopajoṣa rājendra dvijāti-pravarasya tha sā | prītim utpādayāmāsa kanyāratnam aninditā ||

Translation

வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—அரசேந்திரா! குற்றமற்ற கன்னியரத்தினமான குந்தி, அந்த உயரிய த்விஜனின் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப சேவை செய்து, அவரிடத்தில் பேரன்பை எழுப்பி மிகுந்த திருப்தியைப் பெற்றுத்தந்தாள்।
