त्वयि पुत्रशतं चैव सत्यवान् जनयिष्यति । ते चापि सर्वे राजान: क्षत्रिया: पुत्रपौत्रिण:,'सत्यवान् तेरे गर्भसे सौ पुत्र उत्पन्न करेगा और वे सभी राजकुमार राजा होनेके साथ ही पुत्र-पौत्रोंसे सम्पन्न होंगे
tvayi putraśataṃ caiva satyavān janayiṣyati | te cāpi sarve rājānaḥ kṣatriyāḥ putrapautriṇaḥ ||
யமன் கூறினான்— உன் மூலம் சத்யவான் நூறு மகன்களைப் பெறுவான். அவர்கள் அனைவரும் க்ஷத்திரியர்களும் அரசர்களும் ஆவர்; ஒவ்வொருவரும் மகன்-பேரன் செல்வத்துடன் விளங்குவர்.
