कुन्तीगर्भगोपनम् तथा मञ्जूषाप्रवाहः
Kuntī’s concealed childbirth and the river-borne casket
सिंहनादा: सपटहा दिवि दिव्यास्तथानदन् । दशकन्धरराजसून्वोस्तथा युद्धम भून्महत्,रावणपर श्रीरामकी चढ़ाई होते ही समस्त प्राणी हाहाकार कर उठे, देवलोकमें नगारे बज उठे और जोर-जोरसे सिंहनाद होने लगा। दशकन्धर रावण तथा राजकुमार श्रीराममें उस समय महान् युद्ध छिड़ गया

மார்கண்டேயர் கூறினார்—வானில் தெய்வீகப் போர்முரசுகள் முழங்கின; வலிமைமிகு சிங்கநாதங்கள் ஒலித்தன. அப்போது தசகந்தரன் ராவணனுக்கும் அரசகுமாரன் ராமனுக்கும் இடையில் மகாபோர் எழுந்தது. ராமன் முன்னேறத் தொடங்கியவுடனே உலகங்கள் கலங்கின; உயிர்கள் அலறின; தேவருலகம் போர்ச் சைகைகளால் எதிரொலித்தது।
