Educational Q&A

The verse highlights truthful completion of instruction and the ethical value of timely action: once the inquiry is fully answered, one should proceed without procrastination toward the rightful goal (here, the heavenward journey), acknowledging that such progress is enabled by the virtue and graciousness of the righteous person addressed.

After answering Mudgala’s questions, the divine messenger concludes the explanation and urges immediate departure for heaven, addressing Mudgala respectfully as a virtuous man and attributing the smooth progress of the journey to Mudgala’s compassionate favor.
