जयद्रथविमोचन–पलायनवृत्तान्तः
Recovery of Draupadī and Jayadratha’s flight
प्रीत्या चाहं प्रयच्छामि हिरण्यं यावदिच्छसि । समेत्य रुक्मिणा कर्ण: पाण्ड्यंशैलं च सोडगमत्
prītyā cāhaṃ prayacchāmi hiraṇyaṃ yāvad icchasi | sametya rukmiṇā karṇaḥ pāṇḍyaṃśailaṃ ca soḍagamat |
“அன்பினால் நீ விரும்பும் அளவு பொன்னைக் கொடுப்பேன்.” ருக்மியுடன் இணைந்து கர்ணன் பாண்டிய நாட்டின் மலைப்பகுதியை நோக்கிச் சென்று அங்கு அடைந்தான்.
