गच्छन्ति वसुभि: सार्ध रुद्रैश्न सह सड़ता: । उसके दाहिने भागमें विचित्र प्रकारके युद्ध करनेवाले बहुत-से देवता वसुओं तथा रुद्रोंके साथ संगठित होकर चल रहे थे
gacchanti vasubhiḥ sārdhaṁ rudraiś ca saha saṅgatāḥ |
மார்கண்டேயர் கூறினார்—அவர்கள் வசுக்களுடனும் ருத்ரர்களுடனும் ஒன்றாகச் சேர்ந்த ஒரே படையாக முன்னே சென்றனர். அவனது வலப்புறத்தில், வியத்தகு போர்முறைகளில் தேர்ந்த பல தேவர்கள் வசுக்களும் ருத்ரர்களும் உடன் ஒழுங்கான அணிவகுப்பில் நகர்ந்தனர்।
