दानवान् भक्षयन्तस्ते प्रपिबन्तश्न शोणितम् | क्षणान्निर्दानिवं सर्वमकार्षु्भुशहर्षिता:,उन सबने अत्यन्त हर्षमें भरकर दानवोंको खाते और उनके रक्त पीते हुए क्षणभरमें सारी रणभूमिको दानवोंसे खाली कर दिया
dānavān bhakṣayantas te prapibantaś ca śoṇitam | kṣaṇān nirdānavīṁ sarvam akāraṁs tuṣṭa-harṣitāḥ ||
அவர்கள் பேருவகையில் தானவர்களை உண்டு, அவர்களின் இரத்தத்தைப் பருகி, ஒரு கணத்தில் முழு போர்க்களத்தையும் தானவரற்றதாகச் செய்தனர்.
