यस्य सर्वे समारम्भा निराशीर्बन्धना: सदा | त्यागे यस्य हुतं सर्व स त्यागी स च बुद्धिमान्,जिसके सम्पूर्ण आयोजन कभी कामनाओंसे बाँधे हुए नहीं होते तथा जिसने त्यागकी आगमें अपना सर्वस्व होम दिया है वही त्यागी और बुद्धिमान् है
yasya sarve samārambhā nirāśīrbandhanāḥ sadā | tyāge yasya hutaṃ sarvaṃ sa tyāgī sa ca buddhimān |
யாருடைய எல்லா முயற்சிகளும் எப்போதும் ஆசை-எதிர்பார்ப்பின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் சிக்காதவையாக இருக்கின்றனவோ, மேலும் துறவின் தீயில் தன் அனைத்தையும் அர்ப்பணித்துவிட்டாரோ—அவரே உண்மையான துறவி; அவரே ஞானி.
