Adhyāya 160: Dikpāla-Cosmography and the Sun’s Kālacakra (दिक्पाल-विश्ववर्णनम् तथा आदित्यस्य कालचक्रम्)
कुरूणामृषभं पार्थ पूजयित्वा महातपा: । सह भ्रातृभिरासीनं पर्यपृच्छटदनामयम्,महातपस्वी आर्टिषिणने भाइयोंसहित कुरुश्रेष्ठ युधिष्ठिका यथोचित आदर-सत्कार किया और जब वे बैठ गये, तब उनसे कुशल-समाचार पूछा--
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
kurūṇām ṛṣabhaṃ pārtha pūjayitvā mahātapāḥ |
saha bhrātṛbhir āsīnaṃ paryapṛcchat tad-ānāmayam ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்— ஓ பார்த்தா! மகாதபஸ்வியான அந்த முனிவர், குருகுலத்தின் சிறந்த யுதிஷ்டிரனை முறையாகப் போற்றி, அவர் சகோதரர்களுடன் அமர்ந்த பின், அவரது நலனைக் கேட்டறிந்தார்.
