Bhīma–Hanūmān Dialogue on Yugas (युगवर्णनम्)
हनूमानुवाच वानरोऊहं न ते मार्ग प्रदास्यामि यथेप्सितम् | साधु गच्छ निवर्तस्व मा त्वं प्राप्स्यसि वैशसम्,हनुमानजी बोले--भैया! मैं वानर हूँ। तुम्हें तुम्हारी इच्छाके अनुसार मार्ग नहीं दूँगा। अच्छा तो यह होगा कि तुम यहींसे लौट जाओ, नहीं तो तुम्हारे प्राण संकटमें पड़ जायँगे
hanūmān uvāca | vānaro ’haṃ na te mārgaṃ pradāsyāmi yathepsitam | sādhu gaccha nivartasva mā tvaṃ prāpsyasi vaiśasam ||
ஹனுமான் கூறினான்—தம்பியே! நான் வானரன்; நீ விரும்புவது போல உனக்கு வழி தரமாட்டேன். நன்று, இங்கிருந்தே திரும்பிச் செல்; இல்லையெனில் நீ பேராபத்தை அடைவாய்.
