शिवा देवी महाभागा सर्वसस्यप्ररोहिणी । कस्य चैव प्रभावाद्धि योजनानां शतं गता,सम्पूर्ण शस्योंका उत्पादन करनेवाली यह कल्याणमयी महाभागा वसुधादेवी किसके प्रभावसे सैकड़ों योजन नीचे धँस गयी थी

Transliteration

śivā devī mahābhāgā sarvasasyaprarohiṇī | kasya caiva prabhāvāddhi yojanānāṃ śataṃ gatā ||

Translation

யுதிஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்—அனைத்துப் பயிர்களையும் முளைக்கச் செய்யும் இந்தக் கல்யாணமிகு மகாபாக்யவதி வசுதா தேவி, யாருடைய ஆற்றலால் நூறு யோஜன அளவு கீழே சென்றாள்?
