मैत्रेयागमनम् — The Arrival of Maitreya and the Admonition to Duryodhana
तावन्योन्यं समा श्लिष्य प्रकर्षन्तौ परस्परम् | उभावपि चकाशे ते प्रवृद्धौ वृषभाविव,वे दोनों वीर परस्पर भिड़ गये और दोनों दोनोंको खींचने लगे। दो हृष्ट-पुष्ट साँड़ोंकी भाँति परस्पर भिड़े हुए उन दोनों योद्धाओंकी बड़ी शोभा हो रही थी
tāv anyonyaṃ samāśliṣya prakarṣantau parasparam | ubhāv api cakāśe te pravṛddhau vṛṣabhāv iva ||
அவர்கள் இருவரும் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் இறுகத் தழுவியபடி மோதிக் கொண்டு, பலத்துடன் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் இழுத்தனர். வளர்ந்த இரு வலிமைமிக்க காளைகள் மோதுவது போல, அந்த இரு வீரரும் அந்தப் போரில் ஒளிர்ந்தனர்।
