Vidura’s Counsel to Krishna on the Limits of Peace
अथ यो गुणसम्पन्नान् हृदयस्याप्रियानपि । प्रियेण कुरुते वश्यांश्विरं यशसि तिष्ठति
atha yo guṇasampannān hṛdayasyāpriyān api | priyeṇa kurute vaśyāṁś ciraṁ yaśasi tiṣṭhati ||
மேலும், மனத்திற்கு இனியதல்லாதவர்களாக இருந்தாலும் குணமுடையவர்களை இனிய, மென்மையான நடத்தை மூலம் தன் பக்கம் ஈர்க்கிறவன்—நீண்ட காலம் புகழில் நிலைத்திருப்பான்.
