Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Appraisal of Strength and Preference for Śama
महामेघनिभश्नापि निर्घोष: श्रूयते जनै: । महाशनिसम: शब्द: शात्रवाणां भयंकर:
mahāmeghanibhaś cāpi nirghoṣaḥ śrūyate janaiḥ | mahāśanisamaḥ śabdaḥ śātravāṇāṃ bhayaṅkaraḥ ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—மக்கள் அந்த முழக்கத்தைப் பெருமேக இடிமுழக்கம்போல் கேட்கிறார்கள்; பெருவஜ்ரத்தின் இடியெனும் அந்த ஒலி பகைவர் படைக்கு அச்சமூட்டுகிறது.
