एष क्रान्ते रथे तिष्ठन् भल्लेनापाहरच्छिर: । जम्भस्य ग्रसमानस्य तदा हार्जुन आहवे
eṣa krānte rathe tiṣṭhan bhallena apāharac chiraḥ | jambhasya grasamānasya tadā hārjuna āhave ||
அப்போது நரரூப ஹார்ஜுனன் போர்க்களத்தில் வேகமாகச் சுழலும் தேரில் நின்றபடியே, அனைவரையும் விழுங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்த ஜம்பன் எனும் அசுரனின் தலையை ஒரு கூர்மையான அம்பால் வெட்டி வீழ்த்தினான்.
