इन्द्रो5प्येतन्नोत्सहेत् तात हर्तु- मैश्वर्य नो जीवति भीमसेने । धनंजये नकुले चैव सूत तथा वीरे सहदेवे सहिष्णौ,तात संजय! जबतक भीमसेन, अर्जुन, नकुल तथा सहनशील वीर सहदेव जीवित हैं, तबतक इन्द्र भी हमारे ऐश्वर्यका अपहरण नहीं कर सकता इति श्रीमहाभारते उद्योगपर्वणि सञ्जययानपर्वणि युधिषिरवाक्ये षड्विंशो5ध्याय:
sañjaya uvāca | indro 'py etan notsahet tāta hartum aiśvaryaṃ no jīvati bhīmasene | dhanañjaye nakule caiva sūta tathā vīre sahadeve sahiṣṇau ||
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—தாதா! பீமசேனன் உயிருடன் இருக்கும் வரை, இந்திரனே ஆனாலும் எங்கள் அரச ஐஸ்வரியத்தைப் பறிக்கத் துணியமாட்டான். அதுபோல தனஞ்சயன் (அர்ஜுனன்), நகுலன், பொறுமையுடைய வீரன் சகதேவன் உயிருடன் இருக்கும் வரை எங்கள் அரசாட்சியை யாராலும் பறிக்க முடியாது.
