तत्र भेरीसहस्राणि शड्खानामयुतानि च । न्यवादयन्त संहृष्टा: सहस्रायुतशो नरा:,उस समय उस रणक्षेत्रमें लाखों मनुष्य हर्ष और उत्साहमें भरकर हजारों भेरियों तथा शंखोंकी ध्वनि कर रहे थे
tatra bherīsahasrāṇi śaṅkhānām ayutāni ca | nyavādayanta saṁhṛṣṭāḥ sahasrāyutaśo narāḥ ||
அங்கே உற்சாகம் நிறைந்த ஆயிரக் கணக்கான, பத்தாயிரக் கணக்கான வீரர்கள் ஆயிரம் ஆயிரமாகப் பேரிகைகளையும், பத்தாயிரம் பத்தாயிரமாகச் சங்குகளையும் முழக்கினர்.
