Amba–Rama–Bhishma Dialogue on Vow and Refuge
गत्वाहं जामदग्न्यं तु प्रयाचिष्ये कुरूद्वह । भीष्मेण सह मा योत्सी: शिष्येणेति पुन: पुन:
gatvāhaṃ jāmadagnyaṃ tu prayāciṣye kurūdvaha | bhīṣmeṇa saha mā yotsīḥ śiṣyeṇeti punaḥ punaḥ ||
குருகுலச் சிறந்தவனே! நான் தானே சென்று ஜமதக்னியின் புதல்வன் பரசுராமரை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் வேண்டுவேன்—‘உமது சீடன் பீஷ்மனுடன் போரிடாதீர்.’
