Agni-hymn, discovery of Indra, and the Nahuṣa threat
एवं स्तुतो हव्यवाट् स भगवान् कविरुत्तम: । बृहस्पतिमथोवाच प्रीतिमान् वाक्यमुत्तमम् | दर्शयिष्यामि ते शक्रं सत्यमेतद् ब्रवीमि ते
evaṁ stuto havyavāṭ sa bhagavān kavir uttamaḥ | bṛhaspatim athovāca prītimān vākyam uttamam | darśayiṣyāmi te śakraṁ satyam etad bravīmi te ||
இவ்வாறு புகழப்பட்ட ஹவ்யவாஹனனாகிய, முதன்மை ஞானியான பகவான் அக்னிதேவன் மகிழ்ந்து ப்ருஹஸ்பதியிடம் இவ்வுயர்ந்த சொற்களைச் சொன்னான்— “பிராமணரே! உமக்கு ஶக்ரன் (இந்திரன்) தரிசனத்தை அளிப்பேன்; இதை உமக்கு உண்மையாய் கூறுகிறேன்.”
