अद्येदानीं विजानीम: सन्ति षण्ढा: सशृज्भका: । “श्रीकृष्ण! मैं देखता हूँ संसारमें अकस्मात् ही तुम्हारा महान् यश फैल गया है; परंतु अब इस समय हमें मालूम हुआ है कि जो लोग तुम्हारे पूजक हैं, वे वास्तवमें पुरुषत्वका चिह्न धारण करनेवाले हिजड़े ही हैं
adyedānīṃ vijānīmaḥ santi ṣaṇḍhāḥ saśṛjbhakāḥ |
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்— இன்று இப்பொழுதே நாங்கள் அறிந்தோம்: ஆண்மையின் குறியீட்டை மட்டும் தாங்கிய நபுஞ்சகர்களும் உள்ளனர். ஓ ஸ்ரீகிருஷ்ணா! உன் பெரும் புகழ் திடீரென உலகமெங்கும் பரவியதை நான் காண்கிறேன்; ஆனால் இப்போது நமக்குத் தெரிந்தது— உன்னை வழிபடுவோர் எனச் சொல்லிக்கொள்ளும்வர்கள் உண்மையில் ஆண்குறியீடு தாங்கிய நபுஞ்சகர்களே.
