कर्ण–कृष्णसंवादः (Karṇa–Kṛṣṇa-saṃvādaḥ) — Karṇa’s Statement on Lineage, Loyalty, and the ‘Śastra-yajña’ Metaphor
वायुदेव उवाच उपासितास्ते राधेय ब्राह्मणा वेदपारगा: । तत्त्वार्थ परिपृष्टाश्न नियतेनानसूयया,श्रीकृष्णने कहा--राधानन्दन! तुमने वेदोंके पारंगत ब्राह्मणोंकी उपासना की है। तत्त्वज्ञानके लिये संयम-नियमसे रहकर दोष-दृष्टिका परित्याग करके उन ब्राह्मणोंसे अपनी शंकाएँ पूछी हैं
vāyudeva uvāca | upāsitās te rādheya brāhmaṇā vedapāragāḥ | tattvārtha-paripṛṣṭāś ca niyatena anasūyayā ||
வாயுதேவன் கூறினான்— “ராதேயா! வேதங்களில் தேர்ந்த பிராமணர்களை நீ சேவித்து மதித்திருக்கிறாய். கட்டுப்பாடும் ஒழுக்கமும் கொண்டு, குற்றம் காணும் மனப்பான்மையையும் பொறாமையையும் விட்டு, தத்துவத்தின் உண்மைப் பொருளை அறிய அவர்களிடம் நீ வினவியிருக்கிறாய்.”
