Haryaśva’s Agreement with Gālava and the Birth of Vasumanā
Nārada’s narration
तत् तु दास्यामि यत् कार्यमिदं सम्पादयिष्यति । अभिगम्य हताशो हि निवृत्तो दहते कुलम्
tat tu dāsyāmi yat kāryam idaṁ sampādayiṣyati | abhigamya hatāśo hi nivṛtto dahate kulam ||
ஆகவே இந்தக் காரியத்தை நிறைவேற்றும் ஒன்றை நான் உனக்குத் தருவேன். ஏனெனில் ஒரு யாசகர் அரசனை அணுகி, நம்பிக்கை முறிந்து ஏமாற்றத்துடன் திரும்பினால், அவன் திரும்பிச் சென்று அந்த நம்பிக்கையைச் சிதைத்த அரசனின் முழுக் குலத்தையும் எரித்துவிடுவான்.
