अपन कराता बछ। >> अर: 2 एकाधिकशततमो< ध्याय: गरुड़लोक तथा गरुड़की संतानोंका वर्णन नारद उवाच अयं लोक: सुपर्णानां पक्षिणां पन्नगाशिनाम् | विक्रमे गमने भारे नैषामस्ति परिश्रम:,नारदजी कहते हैं--मातले! यह सर्पभोजी गरुड़वंशी पक्षियोंका लोक है, जिन्हें पराक्रम प्रकट करने, दूरतक उड़ने और महान् भार ढोनेमें तनिक भी परिश्रम नहीं होता
nārada uvāca | ayaṁ lokaḥ suparṇānāṁ pakṣiṇāṁ pannagāśinām | vikrame gamane bhāre naiṣām asti pariśramaḥ |
நாரதர் கூறினார்—ஓ மாதலி! இது சுபர்ணர்களின் உலகம்—கருட வம்சத்தினர், பாம்புகளை உண்ணும் பறவைகள். வீரச் செயல்களில், தூரம் தூரமாக விரைந்து பறப்பதில், பெரும் பாரம் சுமப்பதில் அவர்களுக்கு சிறிதும் களைப்பு இல்லை.
