संहितापुस्तकान् राजन् प्रयतः सुसमाहित:ः । भक्ष्यैमल्यैश्न पेयैश्व कामैश्न विविधै: शुभ:
saṁhitāpustakān rājan prayataḥ susamāhitaḥ | bhakṣyaiḥ mālyaiś ca peyaiś ca kāmaiś ca vividhaiḥ śubhaiḥ ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—அரசே! தன்னடக்கமும் நன்கு ஒருமுகத்தன்மையும் கொண்டு சங்கிதா-நூல்களை விதிப்படி மதிக்க வேண்டும். சிறந்த உணவுகள், மாலைகள், பானங்கள் மற்றும் பலவகை மங்கலமான, விரும்பத்தக்க காணிக்கைகளால், தூய மனத்துடன் அவற்றை வழிபட வேண்டும்.
