Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 2 — Yudhiṣṭhira’s Inquiry for His Kin and the Vision of a Punitive Realm
देवा ऊचु यदि वै तत्र ते श्रद्धा गम्यतां पुत्र मा चिरम् । प्रिये हि तव वर्तामो देवराजस्य शासनात्
devā ūcuḥ yadi vai tatra te śraddhā gamyatāṃ putra mā ciram | priye hi tava vartāmo devarājasya śāsanāt ||
தேவர்கள் கூறினர்—மகனே! உன் நம்பிக்கை உண்மையாகவே அவர்களிடமே நிலைத்திருந்தால், வா—தாமதிக்காதே. தேவராஜனின் ஆணையின்படி உனக்குப் பிரியமானதையே நாம் செய்கிறோம்।
