एतानि यस्य गुप्तानि स राजा राजसत्तम: । सतत वर्तमानो>त्र राजा धत्ते महीमिमाम्,जिसकी ये सब बातें गुप्त या सुरक्षित रहती हैं, वह राजा समस्त राजाओंमें श्रेष्ठ माना जाता है। इनके पालनमें सदा संलग्न रहनेवाला नरेश ही इस पृथ्वीकी रक्षा कर सकता है
etāni yasya guptāni sa rājā rājasattamaḥ | satataṃ vartamāno 'tra rājā dhatte mahīm imām ||
இவை அனைத்தும் யாரிடம் மறைவாகவும் பாதுகாப்பாகவும் நிலைத்திருக்கின்றனவோ, அவனே அரசர்களில் சிறந்தவன். இவற்றை இடையறாது காத்து நடத்தும் அரசனே இப்பூமியைத் தாங்கி காக்க வல்லவன்.
