अप्रकीर्णेन्द्रियग्राममत्यन्तानुगतं शुचिम् । शक्तं चैवानुरक्तं च युञ्ज्यान्महति कर्मणि,जो बड़े-बड़े काम हों, उनपर जितेन्द्रिय, अत्यन्त अनुगत, पवित्र आचार-विचारवाले, शक्तिशाली और अनुरक्त पुरुषको नियुक्त करे
aprakīrṇendriyagrāmam atyantānugataṁ śucim | śaktaṁ caivānuraktaṁ ca yuñjyān mahati karmaṇi ||
பெரியதும் பாரமுள்ளதுமான காரியங்களில், புலன்கள் சிதறாதவனும், முற்றிலும் கட்டுப்பாடும் உரிய வழிகாட்டுதலுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிதலும் உடையவனும், தூய நடத்தை கொண்டவனும், திறன் உடையவனும், பற்றுள்ளவனும் ஆகிய மனிதனைப் பணியில் அமர்த்த வேண்டும்.
