Protection of the Realm and Principles of Revenue & Local Administration
तेषां संग्रामकृत्यं स्याद् ग्रामकृत्यं च तेषु यत्
teṣāṃ saṅgrāma-kṛtyaṃ syād grāma-kṛtyaṃ ca teṣu yat
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—அவர்களுக்கு போர்க் கடமைகளும் இருக்க வேண்டும்; கிராம நிர்வாகத்திற்குரிய கடமைகளும் இருக்க வேண்டும்; அந்தந்த துறைகளில் அவர்களுக்கு உரிய பொறுப்புகள் எவை எனில் அவை அனைத்தும் அவர்களிடமே ஒப்படைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
